    Very poor quality product and no after sales service

    Thank you for taking the time out to review this product. We regret the negative experience you have had with this product. All our accessories on offer in Decathlon India pass through all the European regulations tests. Our manufacturing facilities also follow the strictest Social Compliance and Safety standards. Also, all our stores have a workshop with trained team members qualified to look into repair and service any of our technical bicycle or fitness products. If you could let us know why you find the training wheels to be of poor quality for the price point offered we will try to improve the product based on your feedback. 

    We request you to visit the closest Decathlon store with this product for an exchange or return. We hope this was helpful. Have a good day!

    Bought for 16" wheel girls bike, frame far wider than mounting bracket.
    Can I return if I've ripped open the 'impossible to open any other way' box?

    This set is compatible with our 16" and 20" bikes. Please return it to us with your receiept for an exchange as the item is not satisfactory for your needs and we understand that these things can happen. Pop in to your local Southampton store and they will gladly help you out. Bring everything you can with you in terms of packaging.
