    The item constantly leaks some fine sandy material. It's most noticeable when one leaves it flat side up on a piece of paper. There is always layer of this material whenever I sweep the floor where I have been using it.
    Due to the leakage, it gets lighter by a few micrograms with each given day.
    The cloth material is a bit stretchy. I used it on my ankles. As I walked, I could feel the weight of the sandy material sway ever so slightly which can affect you gait and joints. This is cheap but I wouldn't buy this item again. I would spend a bit more money for something more robust from other brands.

    I can feel that after a month using it religeously in my exercises, the pain I feel in going down the stairs is reduced.. and I hope the pain will totally disappear in due time.. I advise.any future buyer to make sure they have someone to help them carry the 4 kg weights when they purchase the item. It's no joke commuting carrying this weigjts.

    Every time i wear them i will find sand trail on my floor. Looks like the stitching is not sufficient to keep the sands in place.

    There might be a manufacturing defect on your item. I would like to invite you back to any of our experience stores (Joo Koon, City square mall, Chai chee, SG lab) to get a exchange of refund for your item and I will feedback to our product manager about this issue. It could either be a manufacturing defect or design error for the 2kg ankle weights and i would like to look into it more.

    The weights work brilliantly, BUT ... The Velcro-style fastening is the wrong way round. The spikey hooks are on the weights, and the fluffy part folds over the hooks. If one has a normal-size ankle, the spikey hooks are not covered and can damage clothing. Fortunately I have very slim ankles, so that the fluffy cover just goes over the spikey hooks, and protects them from coming into contact with trousers. This is important because I try to remember to wear these every day, and I do not want to walk around Waitrose in shorts or similar. I was wearing similar weights when warming up for a ballet exam, and damaged my tights, so that I had to change into another new pair just before I was called in to the exam studio.

    I only recommend these for people with slim ankles, or those who do not wear them with normal trousers.
