    Na voljo v treh velikostih: S, M in L. Velikost S: za ljudi, visoke do 1,65 m. Velikost M: za ljudi, visoke od 1,65 m do 1,85 m. Velikost L: za ljudi, višje od 1,85 m. Žogo napihnite do priporočenega premera. Velikost S: žogo napihnite do premera 55 cm. Velikost M: žogo napihnite do premera 65 cm. Velikost L: žogo napihnite do premera 75 cm.

    Kako napihniti gimnastično žogo na pravo velikost?
    Za optimalno uporabo mora biti gimnastična žoga prave velikosti za vašo višino in težo. V sedečem položaju na žogi morajo biti vaša kolena v enaki višini kot kolki ali pa le malenkost nižje. Za učinkovito izvajanje vaj z gimnastično žogo pravilno napihnite žogo. Za hitrejše napihovanje uporabite zračno tlačilko za gimnastične žoge (ni priložena).
