    Pri začetku vadbe z obročem se zravnajte in obroč dvignite do višine pasu. Noge nekoliko razširite in eno nogo pomaknite nekoliko naprej. Za raznovrstno vadbo se z obročem premikajte naprej in nazaj in ne izvajate samo krožnih gibov.

    I tried so many hoop to get rid of my love handle. I found this product easy to use n assemble. I can carry it anywhere to use. I use it just 10 mins Everyday. May be 2 to 3 times a day. My love handle is gone. Look forward to buy other product from D to tone up my muscle

    I've been using this product from the day i purchased it and it did work for me. I already feel the effect of it on my abs... it makes me sweat a lot... and i love it!!!
